My wife and are re-watching the series for at least the 3rd time on DVD. I think we first watched it circa 2003 maybe.
It's a touchstone for us. Also a timewarp.
Paper files. Phone calls. People talking face to face. Handwriting, the closest to art everyone practiced every day. Diaries. No smartphones.
The Eraser Room, and the mystery and romance.
I miss those times in many ways. We've lost some special things to time.
The music.
The soul and heart.
